Aromatherapy

Smells fill your nose everyday, from freshly cut grass or new rain. Some smells that aren’t the best may also float in at times. The best thing that you can do for your nose though is to feed it. The brain is a complex creature, and through your senses it finds its information. One of the ways is through your nose, and what better way to bring your brain pleasure than to smell a candle. I think the effects of essential oil scents and what they can do for you to be fascinating.

Aromatherapy, or the practice of using essential oils for therapeutic benefit, has been used for centuries. When you inhale the scents, the molecules travel from the olfactory nerves directly to the brain and impact the amygdala, otherwise known as the emotional center of the brain. Some studies have shown there is a benefit to using aromatherapy for anxiety, depression, nausea, and insomnia.

The best part is that our aromatherapy line brings the best of the healing effects directly to you in the most efficient way possible. With each scent combination it adds layers of effects, in the prize winning fashion. But I’m sure you're wondering what exactly these scents can do for you and I would be happy to tell you more about that.

I’ll start with our first candle Citrine Flare, its citrusy with woody hints and a floral undertone. It makes me think “good morning world”, and gives me an energy burst. It give me good vibes, and really sets a happy tone for the day. It’s ingredients are orange, cedarwood, and geranium.

The next candle is Turquoise Dream, it's spicy with floral hints and woody. It’s very dreamy, and relaxing. It really helps me to relax and get ready for bed, or even just resting around my home. It really lifts my mood when I’m feeling a little down, and its perfect for making you have those cozy and sleepy moments. It has lavender, orange, cedarwood, and ylang-ylang in it.

The third candle is Opal Shine, its citrusy with mint and herbal tones. I absolutely love this scent because it is so great to burn while I am studying or working. It is so great for stress, I feel so relieved when I smell it and I’ve had a particularly hard day. It’s also great for memory, I know when I have this scent around my brain fog gets the boot. It had rosemary, lemon, clary sage, and peppermint in it.

My fourth candle for you is Wild Amethyst, and this one is minty with floral hints and a gorgeous herbal backdrop. It’s an absolute breath of fresh air, it's like stepping outside into a cool morning in the mountains. It is so purifying, I love to burn this one when I’m not feeling great. It helps really open your nose and head up. It has peppermint, basil, lavender, eucalyptus, and tea tree as its ingredients.

My last candle scent is Emerald Allure, it's floral and spicy. This candle is very uplifting, it makes me feel like I’m in a field of flowers. Sun shining down on me, with a smile on my face. It’s also relaxing, and really gives you an immunity boost. This one’s ingredients are bergamot, lavender, and frankincense.

The best part though of these is what each of our ingredients can do for you and your space.
